On My Needles...

As usual, I have several WIP's right now. Some are secret - sorry - and some are just plain neglected, but there are a couple that are getting a fair amount of attention and I'm really excited to share these with you!CSLatticeWIP2My Cap Sleeve Lattice Top for the KAL is finally moving along and I'm ready to cast off & on for the neck! You can see the body color I've selected in the photo - both are very neutral colors that will be perfect with jeans or a fun skirt. I still have a lot of ground to cover, but once the lace is done and I'm knitting in the round, it will fly! I'm keeping my motivation up with thinking about trying it on once it's joined in the round!

RondelayWIPThis is the another little bit of lovely that found it's way onto my needles. I shared the newly arrived skein of Fine Art a couple days ago and after officially casting on for the shop sample last night, it's beginning to look like something!

What do you think? Are you inspired to knit something with Skinny Cotton? Do you want to knit a Rondelay with me?

Fiber Freeze Frame | Fine Art

So, a box of this arrived today... Lovely, isn't it?image After the excitement of the huge SweetGeorgia order arriving last week, today's arrival of Rowan's much anticipated Fine Art was almost more than I could handle - many thanks to Jennifer for joining in the fun of opening boxes this morning.

A variety of yarn from last week's order has been trying to leap onto my needles, but this little bit of beauty has budged right to the front of the line! I'll share my progress along the way, so check back to see what it becomes. I'm off to wind some yarn...
